Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date your payment is received and verified. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. Orders placed after 13:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates. While we and The Courier Guy do everything possible to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, load-shedding or high-volume periods.

Delivery Costs

• A flat delivery rate of R110 applies to orders within South Africa.
• Delivery is free on all orders over R750.

Your delivery cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking reference so that you can follow your parcel's journey with The Courier Guy. If you have not received tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details you provide at checkout are complete and correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. The courier may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or arrange collection.
